Commissary Kitchen Membership Requirements
Insurance Requirements
A minimum of $1,000,000 in General Liability Insurance is required for your business. Upon approval of your application, Suite Sixty Commissary Kitchen must be listed as an Additional Insured with our address on your policy.
Monthly Membership Fee
The monthly membership fee is $220 per month and includes:
● Maintenance of your DHEC permit
● Wastewater removal services
● Trash disposal
● Grease disposal
Please note that failure to maintain membership payments may result in the termination of your permit and kitchen access.
Payment Schedule
Membership fees are due on the 1st day of each month.
Once your initial membership payment has been received, Suite Sixty will provide the required documentation for submission to DHEC as part of your permitting application process.
